Bianca
Herbert is a nationally known performer, adjudicator and clinician in top
festivals, and concert series. She has been teaching piano, violin, cello, viola & voice for 10
years. She attended the University of Northern Colorado for a Bachelor's
degree in Music with a minor in Theatre. While at UNC, she was also an
integral part of the Opera, Musical Theatre, Theater & Jazz Programs
where she
was also awarded various Downbeat Magazine Awards.

Bianca, along
with her husband, formed a professional music group called
Groove Society. The group has appeared
at major international festivals across the Mainland U.S., Hawaii,
and Canada. Groove Society has shared the billing with, and/or opened for
top artists including Bonnie Raitt, Herbie Hancock, Bobby McFerrin, The
Neville Brothers, Eddie Palmieri, Paquito D’Rivera, Freddy Cole, Patty
Austin, The Rippingtons, The Dirty Dozen
Brass Band, Paul Taylor, Styx, and many more.
She also performs
with a Latin and Mariachi band using her instrumental background in piano
and violin and
expands her vocal techniques by singing in Spanish and Portuguese. She was
also the Entertainment Director at one of Colorado’s most popular tourist
attractions. There she managed all varieties of performing avenues from
diving, juggling, acting, puppeteering, dancing, singing. She also produced
several musical revue shows involving an eclectic range of music from the
20th century including 40’s big band, classic rock and rock & roll. Bianca
was also involved in a promotional for a sister station for NBC and has
done commercial and studio work for select companies around Colorado
including the WB network and Comcast Digital cable.

Kim Dawson
graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor's of
Music in Vocal Performance. She has experience in performing various
styles, including country, blues, jazz, r&b, music theater, classical,
funk, and neo-soul. She also held the position of middle school choir
director and resident voice teacher at Kent Denver School, and most
recently, was on faculty for the Rocky Mountain Vocal Jazz Camp.
Kim is currently teaching private voice instruction is also on the faculty
at the National Theater Conservatory teaching voice classes. She enjoys
sharing her love of music with people, and is very enthusiastic about
helping students develop good singing technique and practices. She cares
most about helping students sound the best they can with the best tools
she has to give them.
