Really watch your 1st finger and keep it back. Everything else should fall into place. Please no hitch-hiking & Use the whole bow as often as possible
1) C-Scale (low 2nd finger on the D & A Strings) D-Scale & D-Arpeggio G-Scale & G-Arpeggio (G, B, D) (really focus on long full bows with half notes & the metronome on at 75) -if you hear squeaking when bowing it could be.... playing to close to the bridge - playing too far up the finger board not bowing with a constant rate of speed
2) Crossing Strings Exercise - G, D, A, E going up and down (constant speed) - slurring all four strings - separate bows on each string
3) Muller Rusch Book - Lesson 13-15 (with metronome at 75) Say note names out loud as you play
