2) Hymn Fake Book - pg. 36 & 171 Easy Worship Fake Book - pg. 5 & 12 (please memorize the first verse)
3) Steps to make a song good! - First just learn notes & play on the piano - Start memorizing words - (Sing as you play on the piano- as you get better on piano!) - Work on where you are breathing
4) 0-2-2-1-2 - Refer to half steps (distance between two note right next to each other) *remember to smile as you sing or get the lips out of the way! - First play the 0-2-2-1-2 - Then play and SING with the 0-2-2-1-2 -Lastly just play the chord with the first, third, fifth fingers * Sirens - Start on the lowest note & slide up to the top note and then back down * eee- going up the scale and down * aaaa - going up only 4 notes and then back down (remember - truly support from torso - and drop the jaw and soft pallet high) * Thoooo - just going down the 0-2-2-1-2 - So play it going up but as you go down sing * Ahhhh- Just play the bottom note of the 0-2-2-1-2 and then just the top note and go back down. (keep jaw dropped) * Ahhhh- start the air first and then sing the down the scale (start at high C)
