1) Scales & Arpeggio -     (stop looking at hands)

    C, Am, G, Em, D, Bm, A, E, B(Cb),  F#(Gb), C#(Db), F, Dm, Bb, Gm, Eb, Cm, Ab, Fm

    *one day just play normally then next day SING all with one octaves Scales & Arpeggios!!!

 

2) Lesson Book - pg. 64-65 (working on rhythm)

 

3) Practice your chromatic scales - Start on C & E

      *remember ONLY use your 2nd finger when you get to white keys

 

4) Theory Book 3 - Finish the BOOK!!!

 

5) Pop Rock Fake Book - pg. 325 (all 7th chords)

 

6) Breathing Exercise - Please get to 32 this week

     *Metronome at 60

    a) Deep Breath over 4 beats

    b) Hold for 4 beats

    c) out over increments of 4 beats

     *sing the scales and arpeggios when you practice piano

    a) Look at the key signature (is it Major or Minor)

    b) Is the first note & the last note and see if it's the root of key signature

    c) Look for scales and arpeggios

    d) Hum the scale & arpeggio over and over (5 times)

    e) Look for accidentals

    f) address the tempo & time signature

    g) Right before you sing take deep and big breath
