0) Please play the written songs I gave & say note names out loud!

1) How to sit at the piano:

     a) line belly button up with middle C

     b) Elbows can tuck in front of belly -sitting far enough away from piano!

2) Finger numbers: Thumbs are 1 and Pinkies are 5

3) C Position-

    a) Right Hand Thumb goes on middle C then line up the fingers

    b) Left Hand Pinky going on the C below middle C then line up the fingers

4) Memorize the Musical Alphabet -A, B, C, D, E, F, G forwards

                                                            G, F, E, D, C, B, A backwards

5) Memorize the "Treble Clef"  - also know as the "G Clef" 

2) Please purchase the following books and a loud metronome that can subdivide:

     For the LOUD metronome I would recommend going to Guitar Center located

     across the street the shopping center across from the Park Meadows Mall!
