    A-Scale (F#, C#, G#)                     A-Arpeggio (A, C#, E)

    E-Scale (F#, C#, G#, D#)               E-Arpeggio (E, G#, B)

    B-Scale (F#, C#, G#, D#, A#)        B-Arpeggio (B, D#, F#)

     *Start with 4th on the LH & Start with the 1st finger on the RH

     *when you are in a group of 2 Black Keys go to your 3rd finger

     *when you are in a group of 3 Black Keys go to your 4th finger

     *when you get to the groups 2 White Keys always go to the lower one
